Smoking Cessation
If you would like help to stop smoking, please ask one of the doctors or nurses or a member of the reception staff. Alternatively, contact the stop smoking service patient quit line number which is 0800 169 0169.
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION – PUBLICATION SCHEME
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the ‘classes’ of information the practice intends to routinely make available.
A copy of this scheme can be obtained from the South Birmingham Primary Care Trust’s website: www.southbirminghampct.nhs.uk or from the practice by writing to the practice manager for a copy (there will be a charge for the photocopying and postage).
General
Practice Research
We participate in the General Practice
Research Framework trials and from time to time search patients' medical records
for suitable subjects who may then be offered the opportunity to take part in
the trial. If you do not wish your records to be searched for this purpose please
let us know; your wishes will be respected.
