Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
If you are on regular medication then the right hand side of your prescription will act as your repeat prescription form. You should complete the form as required and either post it to us or place it in the repeat prescriptions box in the practice entrance lobby. You can also order repeat medication via the internet. You will need to register for this service at the practice. Please speak to a receptionist for further information. Whichever method you choose, your prescription will be ready for collection from 5.00pm the following working day.
Telephone resquests for repeat prescriptions cannot be accepted unless in exceptional circumstances. Once a year you will need to see a doctor to review the medication you have on repeat prescription, This review date is printed on each prescription for your information.
