There has unfortunately been a number of recent instances of verbal abuse from patients towards our reception staff. All of our staff do their best at all times to be polite, helpful and efficient to all of our patients and visitors to the practice, whilst at the same time adhering to our policies and procedures. We understand that some patients may be suffering from ill health and/or personal stress at the time, however, verbal abuse towards any of our staff is not acceptable under any circumstances and such instances may result in the patient concerned being removed from our list
