Make a Complaint

We hope that most problems can be resolved with the doctor or member of staff concerned at the time they arise. However, if this has not been possible and you wish to make a complaint, please email or write to our practice manager, Linda Guest. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within three working days, and will fully investigate as soon as possible. We will subsequently offer a written explanation, or a meeting to explain our findings.

 

Please accept our apologies for any unavoidable delay in responding to complaints at present, whilst we are focused on fighting the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
