Can a GP visit my home to see me?
If you are too ill to attend the surgery and really need a home visit, please ring 0121 628 2345 before 11.00am. This helps in the planning of the visits and gives us a chance to ensure continuity of care.
The on-call doctor may wish to talk to you and offer advice and, if the doctor feels a visit is necessary, they will authorise a home visit. Visits are usually done between 1.00 and 4.00pm and we cannot guarantee which doctor will call.
